“Majestic Spirit of City Art (Passing the Torch)” showcases a diverse collection of oil paintings, watercolour works, and traditional Chinese paintings. Through brushwork, colour, and light, the exhibition reflects the artistic spirit of City Art Studio and its dedication to beauty and tradition. It celebrates continuity and creativity, bringing together Eastern and Western aesthetics in a shared space of artistic dialogue.

《市美雄風薪火相傳 2015》以「藝術求美」為題，呈現鍾愛麗與陳嘉綿師生在油畫與中國工筆創作上的多元探索。
展覽涵蓋油畫、工筆花鳥與工筆人物三大方向：油畫以光影與色層展現情感厚度；工筆花鳥以細膩線條描繪自然雅韻；工筆人物則以古典筆法刻畫人物神采。 作品在同一展場交織，展現市美畫院薪火相傳的精神與對美的持續追尋。
“Majestic Spirit of City Art · Passing the Torch 2015” presents In Search of Beauty, a joint exhibition by Alice Chung and Carmen Chan. Featuring oil paintings, Gongbi floral works, and Gongbi figure paintings, the exhibition highlights the artists’ exploration across mediums. Oil paintings express depth through light and layered colour; Gongbi floral works reveal elegance through refined lines; Gongbi figure paintings portray classical grace with meticulous brushwork. Together, these works embody the artistic legacy of City Art Studio and its ongoing pursuit of beauty.
