一九七七年，國畫名家羅冠樵先生（1918-2012）攜弟子鍾愛麗女士，於香港創立「香港市美畫院」。半世紀以來，「市美」之風骨，立於傳統法度，亦成於時代氣息。
In 1977, Master Lo Koon-chiu (1918-2012) and his disciple Alice Chung founded City Art Studio. Here, the essence of 'City Art' persists—a centennial tradition revitalized through disciplined brushwork and expansive insight.

Alice Chung bridges tradition and modernity, finding harmony between Eastern brushwork and Western techniques. She preserves the legacy of her masters for a new generation, believing aesthetics to be a gentle force for cultural progress.
